'Oversize pallets' applies to a pallet over 1.4 metres and up to 2.4 metres, of which Next Day and economy services can be applied.
Any pallet/pallets longer than 2.4 metres are classed as OUT of GAUGE and a next day service cannot be guaranteed.
The above dimensions are for guidance purposes. It is recognised and accepted that a level of tolerance up to 1.4m, length or width, but not both, should be permitted. However, it is the input depots responsibility to ensure accuracy of manifest.
NB: An inaccuracy in manifesting is NOT a valid reason for failing to deliver to service unless freight is Out of Gauge which invalidates the premium services.
